因非甾体抗炎药物而非低剂量阿司匹林引起溃疡出血的患者，应停止使用非甾体类抗炎药物；如果需要重新开始服用非甾体类抗炎药物，应使用环氧化酶-2选择性非甾体抗炎药加质子泵抑制剂。因心血管二级预防服用低剂量阿司匹林而引起溃疡出血的患者，在出血停止后的1-7天内应该重新开始服用阿司匹林。
